The background of this tragedy predominantly stems from a night attack that began on April 24 and became one of the series of large-scale Russian missile and aviation strikes on civilian infrastructure objects in Kyiv. According to established data, the air defense systems in Kyiv effectively intercepted most of the missiles and drones during the night. By morning, it was known that nine people had died and 63 were injured, including six children and a pregnant woman.
