According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian occupiers continue large-scale attacks aimed at breaking Ukrainian defenses, particularly in Donbas and other strategic directions. The number of enemy attacks in the past 24 hours exceeds 125, especially on the Toretsk, Lyman, and Pokrovsk directions. Russian forces are employing all possible methods to strike Ukrainian units and civilians. According to clarified information from the General Staff, the enemy launched 125 air strikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, dropping 242 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, the opponent carried out over 6,000 various shellings — including 150 from multiple rocket launcher systems — and a massive attack using nearly 2,800 kamikaze drones, reflecting a new tactic of terror and destruction. In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted four times to break through Ukrainian defenses near Vovchansk, intensifying their activities in the Kupiansk area, where they launched three attacks in the regions of Zahryzove and Nova Kruhliivka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding the line and repelling enemy advances across all these sectors. On the Lyman direction, Russians conducted 14 attacks in the areas of Kolodiazove, Nadiya, Novomykhailivka, as well as Olhivka, Hlushchenkove, and Novoseriivka. The enemy is trying to breach Ukrainian defenses here, employing a tactic of constant shelling and assaults. In the Siversk direction, the enemy attempted three times to advance in the regions of Hryhoriivka and Verkhnokamianske, but Ukrainian troops confirmed successful repulses of these attacks. This demonstrates Russia’s efforts to maintain control over occupied territories, but also the high combat readiness of Ukrainian forces. On the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy launched six attacks in the areas of Stupochky, Bilyi Gai, and near Maysk, but Ukrainian forces again successfully repelled all attempts to advance. This is one of the hottest fronts, where intense fighting continues daily. In the Toretsk direction, a key sector of the front, Russia carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Dachi, Druzhba, Toretsk, and toward Shcherbyneve. They aim to break the Ukrainian defense and seize strategically important objects, but Ukrainian defenders hold their positions, preventing enemy advances. The situation is especially tense on the Pokrovsk direction. According to the General Staff, Russians conducted 53 large-scale assault operations in the areas of Beryzivka, Kotliarivka, Preobrazhenka, Novoukrainka, Shevchenkove, Vodyanoho Druhoho, Malyvka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Udahne, Uspenivka, and other strategic points. Overall, the enemy attempted to breach Ukrainian defenses in more than a dozen directions, but Ukrainian soldiers held their positions. On the Novopavlivsk direction, Russia carried out 17 attacks, again trying to break Ukrainian defenses near Kostiantynopil, Pryvillne, Novosilka, and in the areas of Oleksiivka and Odriadne. Ukrainian defenders are maintaining their positions and preventing large-scale advances by the enemy. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces continue operations on other fronts. The past day saw increased aviation and artillery strikes in various sectors: 15 air attacks using 36 guided bombs, along with over 340 artillery shellings, including seven using multiple rocket launcher systems. Ukrainian troops successfully stopped 22 enemy assaults, their attacks repelled due to coordinated defense and high combat readiness. In the eastern and southern sectors, the situation remains tense, with particular activity near Orikhiv, Maly Shcherbak, and Stepove. The enemy showed minimal activity in the Huliaipole and Prydniprovske sectors, as well as in the Volyn and Polissya directions, where Ukrainian military reports no signs of preparations for large-scale offensive operations. Overall, the situation at the front requires maximum mobilization and efforts from Ukrainian defenders. Their resilience and professionalism are crucial for Ukraine’s future in this difficult and brutal war. Operations continue, and each day Ukraine faces a numerically superior enemy, maintaining strategic defenses and investing all resources toward victory.
