According to preliminary reports, an unknown man in the Sviatoshynskyi district of the city sustained a severe gunshot wound, which prompted the start of a large-scale investigative operation. Official information, disseminated by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, states that the police received a report about the incident at 08:50 a.m. At that time, the heads of the city police Department, an investigative and operative team, K-9 specialists, and emergency medical personnel immediately responded to the scene.
