Over the past day, the situation on the front line remained tense: Russian forces continue active assault operations in nearly all key directions, according to the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

According to the military authorities, terrorist units of the Russian Federation do not cease their attacks and are attempting to break through the Ukrainian frontline in various regions, while Ukrainian defenders bravely hold their positions. Specifically, in the Lyman direction, the Russians carried out seven offensive actions yesterday, deliberately trying to advance. Battles between the enemy and Ukrainian defenders are ongoing, and the situation remains tense but under control of our troops. Also, on the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses with a short offensive but was repelled by our units. The situation is especially tense in the Toretsk sector: the Russians are trying to wedge into the direct defense of Ukrainian troops. Over the past day, there were two attacks in which the enemy attempted to push forward, but were repulsed by Ukrainian forces — five out of six assaults were repelled, and two other attacks are ongoing. Meanwhile, in the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy made 22 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions, but Ukrainian forces hold the line, repelling nine attacks, with fighting continuing in 13 cases, reports the General Staff. In the Novopavlivka direction, the Ukrainian army repelled 11 attacks by Russian troops, though one more clash is still ongoing. At the same time, in the Huliaypilske sector, enemy aviation launched several strikes with unguided rockets, creating additional tension in the region. In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled one enemy attack and remain in control of the situation. In the Dniprovsk direction, the enemy planned an offensive operation, but it ended unsuccessfully — Ukrainian defenders managed to repel all attempts to advance. In the Kursk region of Russia, Ukrainian forces over the past day also repelled five Russian attacks, two of which are still ongoing. Additionally, enemy aviation carried out 16 strikes and dropped 21 guided aerial bombs (GAB), complicating the situation for Russian troops. Moreover, the enemy carried out over 130 artillery shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements, reflecting a high level of aggression from the occupiers. Overall, in the past day, 56 individual clashes were recorded in which Ukrainian forces bravely repelled enemy pressure. Specifically, on the Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Siversk, and Huliaypilske sectors, no active battles or clashes were registered at the moment, but the situation remains tense and under Ukrainian control. They continue to hold defenses at all critical points of the front to prevent further advances by Russian occupation forces. The overall summary of combat actions over the past day indicates that enemy activity remains high daily, and Ukrainian resistance remains strong. Despite numerous attacks and intense artillery and aviation pressure, Ukrainian military personnel maintain combat spirit and continue carrying out combat tasks under the most challenging conditions, demonstrating resilience and a determination to defend their land from Russian aggression.
