On Sunday, hostilities intensified across all sectors: more than 80 combat engagements were recorded, with 36 specifically on the Pokrovske direction, one of the hottest spots in this battle. Since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian forces have detected and repelled 86 separate clashes with Russian invaders. Of these, the largest number—36—occurred on the Pokrovske sector, emphasizing the importance of this front line for the defenders. According to the General Staff’s report as of 10 p.m., the enemy actively employed kamikaze drones, launching over 700, and conducted more than 1,500 shellings of Ukrainian military positions and rear areas, destroying infrastructure and creating tension at the front. On the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops managed to monitor and stop one enemy attack near Holubivka. Meanwhile, on the Lyman sector, our defenders repelled 11 assault attempts as the enemy tried to advance toward Nadiya, Myrne, Hreblikha, Katerynivka, Nove, and Yampolivka. Fierce fighting continues in several areas, causing tension and casualties among the occupiers. On the Siversk direction, Russian forces made two offensive attempts in the areas of Bilohorivka and Ivan-Дар’ївка, but Ukrainian units successfully repelled them. The most intense situation is concentrated in the Kramatorsk sector, where our defenders managed to hold their positions against four enemy assault attempts in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Stupochki, and Biloora. The situation on the Toretsk sector also remains tense: the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions in the districts of Druzhba, Toretsk, and Leonidivka eight times, but Ukrainian forces repelled seven of these attacks. Two clashes are still ongoing, and the situation remains under control. Enemy activity has especially intensified on the Pokrovske sector, where the enemy launched 36 attacks in one day. Major battles occurred in the areas of Suka Balka, Myrolubivka, Elizavetivka, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udaine, Novoleksandrivka, Uspenivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, and Rozliv. Despite the efforts of the invaders, Ukrainian forces managed to eliminate 131 enemy personnel and wounded another 121 militants. Additionally, one artillery piece, four drones, five UAV command posts, and ten armored vehicles were destroyed. Significant losses were also inflicted on Russian tanks and vehicles, with one tank and three cars destroyed. On the southern and eastern sectors, Ukrainian troops respond to enemy actions. For example, on the Novopavlivske sector, defenders repelled five enemy attacks near Kostiantynopil, Skudne, and in the Oryadne area, demonstrating confidence in maintaining control. Russian forces intensified their activity on the Orehiv sector, launching four offensives near Mala Tokmachka, Malye Shcherbaky, and Stepove, but Ukrainian soldiers successfully defended their positions there as well. In the Kharkiv, Huliai Pole, and Dnipro regions, the enemy did not launch active assaults on Sunday, maintaining caution. However, on the Kursk sector, our defenders again repelled 14 attacks by Russian troops, including 16 fire units of rocket artillery. In response, Russia carried out 163 artillery strikes against Ukrainian positions and settlements, aiming to increase pressure and weaken defenses. Overall, the situation on the front remains tense, but Ukrainian defenders continue to demonstrate high combat effectiveness, repelling even the fiercest enemy assaults. They hold the line, inflict losses on the occupiers, and prevent further advances. Moving forward, Ukrainian forces continue working to strengthen positions and bolster defenses in the hottest spots along the front to halt the Russian invasion and regain control over all key areas.
