A severe traffic accident occurred in Vinnytsia region, resulting in the deaths of three people and leaving many others injured

The incident took place in the evening of April 19 between the villages of Ukrainiske and Shevchenkove, Kopyhorodska territorial community. The consequences of the accident were tragic: the driver of the car died at the scene, and two microbus passengers, aged 27 and 54, died during medical assistance at the hospital. In addition, eight more microbus passengers were injured at the scene, including minors—a 12-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl. They were transported to medical facilities for necessary treatment, and their condition remains under medical supervision. The details of this traffic accident are still being clarified, with investigators working on-site to establish all circumstances of the event. The tragedy in Vinnytsia region once again underscores the importance of adhering to traffic rules and increasing safety for drivers and passengers. Official authorities urge all road users to be attentive, especially in areas with increased danger or limited visibility. In connection with this accident, an investigation has already been initiated in the region, and the police are calling on the public to provide any information that may help establish the causes and circumstances of this tragic crash.
